Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with Axion LLC ("Axion 3D", "we", "us") through this website, by quotation, or by contacting us directly. By placing an order, making a payment or accepting delivery you agree to them.

1. Orders and availability

Products marked Ready to dispatch are in stock. Products marked Available to order are not currently in stock; we confirm their availability and delivery time with you. Adding an item to your cart or submitting an order is a request to buy, not a confirmed order. We review every order and confirm availability and delivery with you in writing before any payment is taken. Your order is confirmed only once we have received full payment and sent you written confirmation.

2. Quotations

A quotation or proforma invoice is valid for the period stated on it (7 days if none is stated) from the date of issue; prices may change after that. Only the items and services specifically mentioned are included. Any additional requirements will be quoted separately.

3. Prices and tax

All prices are in AED. Applicable tax is shown separately where it applies. Duties and other government charges are not included unless stated. A delivery cost, where applicable, is shown in your order total.

4. Payment

Full payment is required before we process your order, unless different payment terms are agreed in writing on your quotation. We accept payment by bank transfer using the details on your invoice; please use the order or quotation number as the payment reference. Nothing is reserved or shipped until payment is received as agreed. Overdue invoices attract interest at 12% per annum from the due date.

5. Delivery

We deliver door-to-door within the UAE unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery times are estimates in business days, counted from order confirmation and payment. For items that are not in stock, the delivery time is confirmed with you in writing after we review your order. Delays caused by supply issues, customs clearance or other events outside our control do not make us liable (see Liability and force majeure).

6. Inspection and reporting problems

Please inspect all goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies, missing items, or damage must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Otherwise we may be unable to assist.

7. Cancellations and returns

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Returns of defective or incorrectly supplied goods are accepted within 5 working days of receipt; approved returns are processed per item and any refund is issued against the amount actually paid, less an applicable restocking fee.

8. Custom and made-to-order items

Items that are made, printed or modified to your specification cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where defective or incorrectly supplied. Minor variations in colour, surface finish and dimensions within normal manufacturing tolerances are not defects.

9. Changes after confirmation

Any changes requested after order confirmation must be made in writing and may affect the price and delivery timeline.

10. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

11. Ownership and risk

Goods remain the property of Axion LLC until full payment is received. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

12. Liability and force majeure

Our liability is limited to the value of the supplied goods/services. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as supply issues, customs clearance, or natural disasters.

13. Intellectual property

Files, designs or specifications you supply remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to have them produced. Designs, drawings and technical content provided by us remain our property and may not be used or disclosed without our written consent.

14. Services

For installation, maintenance or other on-site services, the scope, schedule and any additional terms are confirmed with you for each job before the work starts.

15. Privacy and confidentiality

We use the details you give us only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it; see our Privacy Policy. All quotation details are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
